Germany: Federal Data Protection Commissioner has instructed federal government to shut down their Facebook page

Ulrich Kelber claims the page is not following data protection rules. Governent wants to "examine Kelber's decision in detail", but not follow the note, as it sees the page being "an important part of the public relations work of the Federal Government".
